While I have previously owned a Lexus, it was an 11 year old vehicle which was not equipped with many of the options of the one that I purchased. Great service! I had a need for a quick turnaround to deliver my previous vehicle off lease (also leased from this dealership) and into a new one due to business travel. Gary took my requirements and quickly found me the right car that matched my requirements. The day after I first talked to Gary I drove off the lot in my new Lexus, leaving the old one behind. Gary and the team at New Country Lexus made the experience great with first rate service and knowledge, and were very attentive to my specific requested. I am very familiar with New Country Lexus of Westport and the former owner of the dealership (Crabtree) since 2004 when I leased my first Lexus RX 330. I have subsequently leased 2008, 2010 and now 2013 RX the former owner of the dealership (Crabtree) since 2004 when I leased my first Lexus RX 330. I have subsequently leased 2008, 2010 and now 2013 RX 350. This is my fourth car leased from this dealership. My wife Kathy is the primary driver. Her brand loyalty is unwavering. She loves the RX. John Blank first called me in May - for a lease that was due to expire in December. As the timing was not right for me, he maintained contact at prudent but not pesty intervals until my wife and chose to visit him on August 8. As there were still four months before we had to make a decision on the 2010 RX 350, it was out intention to simply meet Mr. Blank and discuss options; but not to purchase or lease a new car that day. To make a long story short, over the course of the ensuing two hours Mr. Blank had leased us the 2013 RX 350. I had made it clear to Mr. Blank that we were NOT going to make a decision on that August 8th visit; nevertheless, we did! This is testament to Mr. Blank's professionalism and business style. The follow-up with Lisa Fabro was just as professional. She did an excellent job of explaining the several options available to us, which as four-time Lexus owners we were familiar with anyway. Both Mr. Blank and Ms. Fabro were pursuasive enough to successfully "close their deals" but not pushy or pedantic. The experience was comfortable. In summary, the entire staff at NCLoW is professional anc courteous. The dealership environment is welcoming. More

We weren't even ready to shop for a new car, yet, but we got a letter letting us know that New Country was interested in buying our 2004 Lexus RX 330 so we decided to call, schedule an appointment and se we got a letter letting us know that New Country was interested in buying our 2004 Lexus RX 330 so we decided to call, schedule an appointment and see what the dealership could do for us. When we went in we met Mario who listened to what we wanted to do and what we were looking for. Mario took my wife and I for a test drive in the latest Lexus IS and RX, he really spent a good bit of time with us, showing us the latest features. After a little negotiation, Mario came up with a number that we could all agree upon so we gave a deposit and started our financing discussions. The next day, when we were really only expecting to come see the actual color of the model we were buying, Ricky and Mario were preparing for to take delivery that night. Ricky did an outstanding job getting us financing that beat all the other rates we could find and Mario, Stephanie, and I were getting all of the other pieces needed to take delivery. In my opinion, Mario and Ricky did an amazing job for us to be able to take delivery only 1 day after we first test drove the vehicle. The final closing and delivery vehicle was very smooth thanks to Mario and Ricky. We would definitely be willing to deal with them again for our next purchase!! More
