My husband and I took our new 2013 Lexus 450 to a PENN State tailgate this weekend. However, I had to learn it on my own. Unfortunately, the technology session after my car purchase was passed off by Gary to Tony, since he had another appointment in the middle of our closing. Tony was in a rush to finish up his day. I only touched the controls once and jokes were made about my toggling/ boggling. So the set-up went back to the guys and I just watched. Overall our sales experience with Gary &Al at Westport Lexus was a good one. The sales and office staff were courteous, professional and helpful. The showing, negotiating, sale and closing went smoothly. One exception - the mileage on the sales contract was stated incorrectly as 12, when it was actually over a thousand. Lisa handled it very well and fixed the paperwork so we could close it out. I will recommend Westport Lexus. I suggest that the technology session be improved to increase customer satisfaction. We currently have a 2005 Lexus 460 with 125,000 miles on it. This service dept. has kept it going long into its old age. My husband loves this car..does not want to sell it. We have used their body shop on numerous occasions. As a dept. their staff members are responsive and easy to deal with. Nothing seems to be too much for a customer to ask. Their pick up and delivery service is a life saver for people like us who work. They return calls promptly. They tell you exactly what needs to be done to the car before they start and tell you what it will cost to fix. We have experienced the same level of service consistently for 10 years. We are lifers. We will only service our old and ailing Lexus with this service center. When it rolls over and finally dies, we'll buy another used one and carry on. More
