The dealership and the sales person delivered as promised. They were able to match my interest rate and I was impressed by their professionalism. It was truly a please to work with Tim. My husband and I both needed new cars. We had been searching for months, visiting many different dealerships in our area. As soon as we walked into Lexus of Westport we were treated honestly and fair searching for months, visiting many different dealerships in our area. As soon as we walked into Lexus of Westport we were treated honestly and fairly. We ended up getting two new cars, and couldn't be happier. While I am not anticipating any problems, I know that if anything comes up this dealership will take care of anything until I am satisfied. More

I was looking for a new car and talked to Jeffery King at the service department. he then put me in touch with Nick Belli and Anthony Otero two wonderful people who made me feel like I was part of their f the service department. he then put me in touch with Nick Belli and Anthony Otero two wonderful people who made me feel like I was part of their family. I was quoted a price on a demo vehicle at another Lexus Dealership, which New Country of Lexus matched on an identical, new vehicle. When I walked in Michael Morano promptly and politely greeted me...he took me for a test drive..and the car drove and looked beautiful... But the best part of the experience at Lexus of Westport, was how from the start of the visit, ALL the Employees there,made you feel like you were an Important Guest in their own home...and they have Great Coffee!!!
