In my fifty years of driving, this is the first used car I have ever bought. Anthony Otero was exceptional. He was professional and always understanding and accommodating. David Matys was a man of his word. I am 2 hours away from the dealership and Tim helped provide all the information I requested on my pre-owned Lexus IS250. When I was confused on the differences of how CT vs MA deal with car registration and insurance Tim and Nick went out of their way to figure out how to make it work. Ricky was friendly and explained the process clearly. Lexus of Westport was a minimum pressure sale and did not want to sell me a car if I was displeased. More

My husband and I took our new 2013 Lexus 450 to a PENN State tailgate this weekend. I enjoyed the way the car handled on the interstate and had fun setting up the cruise control, the satellite radio and t State tailgate this weekend. However, I had to learn it on my own. Unfortunately, the technology session after my car purchase was passed off by Gary to Tony, since he had another appointment in the middle of our closing. Tony was in a rush to finish up his day. I only touched the controls once and jokes were made about my toggling/ boggling. So the set-up went back to the guys and I just watched. Overall our sales experience with Gary &Al at Westport Lexus was a good one. The sales and office staff were courteous, professional and helpful. The showing, negotiating, sale and closing went smoothly. One exception - the mileage on the sales contract was stated incorrectly as 12, when it was actually over a thousand. Lisa handled it very well and fixed the paperwork so we could close it out. I will recommend Westport Lexus. I suggest that the technology session be improved to increase customer satisfaction.
