Because I have been a Lexus owner for 7 years, I knew I wanted to stay with the RX model. Tim was very nice and helpful with the process; however, the Lexus dealership could have been more accommodating wanted to stay with the RX model. Tim was very nice and helpful with the process; however, the Lexus dealership could have been more accommodating. For example. when I went to pick up my car, we waited for 45 minutes in an unheated lounge. Then, when it was time for us to leave and Tim was showing me how to work the navigation, it would have been politer if we could have gone into the Lexus garage, as other cars did for the walk through. Ricky had a condescending manner with us and was not particularly helpful. That said, I like my car and would recommend Tim McCormick. New County Lexus could up their customer service game at pickup. More

John Blank and Michael Buchbinder worked with me to find a selling price that was acceptable to all. When my car wasn't available for delivery on time John made sure that I was given a loaner car. John worked with me to find a time to take delivery - I appreciated his flexibility! I picked up my new car at 9:00 am and John spent almost 3 hours with me explaining all the new technology - he even personalized the experience by programming my radio stations! Lisa Fabro did a good job of explaining all the additional "options" - I ended up taking every one. Although it's only been a day, I love my new car and I look forward to a long and happy relationship! More
