Found a car on the internet and went in to see and test drive. Loved the car. Was able to do a trade in and arrange financing all within 2 1/2 hours. Bought the car on a Monday and picked it up on Wednesda drive. Loved the car. Was able to do a trade in and arrange financing all within 2 1/2 hours. Bought the car on a Monday and picked it up on Wednesday. This car has every bell and whistle possible. I was told they had never seen this car with all these options. Tim spent the time to learn how to use all of them, and was very patient in showing my wife and I how to use them, he also helped me set up my phone and radio. Because of work this was all done at night. With all of the options I know we ran late but Tim never mentioned it and wouldn't leave until we were totally comfortable. I have owned many different makes of cars including Mercedes, if this is the level of service to expect then you may have a customer for years to come. More
