Michael was not your typical salesperson with the xx sales pitch. For whatever reason he was trusting as I came in with a non chalant attitude. He seems very honest and sincere. Meeting Mario the financial guy was icing on the cake. He was thorough and went over my credit report which I have never experience before. Although i had to wait a little it was worth meeting him. I felt blessed to have meet him and pray that I made the right decision in purchasing this car. However, I believe they were honest and i feel comfortable that if i have any problems in the future they will be there to assist me. i have recommend a friend to them and I hope she has the same experience. More

Our experience from the moment we walked in was excellent . We really did not intend to do anything that day! We were there to look get prices and think it over. Clearly this was not what transpired. carolyn who had contacted us about 3 weeks before our return March 18th from a 3week holiday firmed us our 2 leases were due May 21. To be honest we thought we had another year. This first call set the tone for our entire experience. She was professional, warm and told us she would be in touch after we returned. We surprised her that Saturday afternoon as we had decided to do a little car shopping. First of all she is a winner! She is enthusiastic, knowledgable and if not sure quick to seek help. She put our deals together along with Mike your general manager. We left with 2 new Lexus's to be picked up a few days later. What can I say, as this is our third round of these cars. This time you have a super group on the floor. We love the car, but a car is a car, Lexus has made this dealership into an easy enjoyable and welcoming experience. Thank you to all! Yulissa was excellent. Perfect example of a great sales person. Answers all your questions and does not push you into it. No one likes a pushy salesperson. Also I apologize for forgetting his name but the employee who goes over on how to use the technology in the car was excellent. The manager J.R. came out of his way and introduced him self to me which was very nice. I would also like to add that the difference between infiniti and lexus blew me away. Lexus has a much more professionalism about the experience of getting vehicle. Very impressed thank you. More
Carolyna was friendly and knowledgeable. As we got closer to "our price" she brought in her supervisor and therefore showed us that she was sincere in making us happy.
