Dear Mr. Vito Diiorio, I apologize you feel our customer service did not meet your expectations. I realize that you and Marisa leased a vehicle from us back in September 2012 and your registration just expired in March 2014 but like I mentioned to you, the customer is responsible to renew their registration when it expires. I understand that you were expecting the registration renewal to come from the dealership but that is done through your state dmv and they usually send something to you in the mail. Out of courtesy we offered a driver to go to your dmv on your behalf to do it for you and save you time but you declined our offer. Please accept our apology that your registration needed to be renewed but unfortunately Mr. Diiorio, a customers registration a year and half after delivery would be their responsiblitly to renew with the dmv. If you choose to take us up on our offer, I would be glad to send a driver to the dmv on your behalf to renew your registration and deliver it to your home or work.
