New Lease - please read Hello, Carolyna was extremely helpful in getting me out of an old lease and into a new lease on a 2015 RX for my wife. She negotiated a fair month Hello, Carolyna was extremely helpful in getting me out of an old lease and into a new lease on a 2015 RX for my wife. She negotiated a fair monthly rate and the transition was seamless. She is a natural. The one complaint, if this is one, is that for the second time in three years - I had a negotiated price per month, only to come in the next day to sign the paperwork and be told my credit had elevated the level that I had to pay - this time from $604.00, to $670.00/month. Let me be clear, in 8 years as a Lexus customer I have never missed a payment. I am a home owner and make a good amount of money each year. I just recently got a loan on a Cheverlet Camaro - no issues whatsoever. The things that come up on my credit report are very old, and to be honest - not consistent with my profile. I am not one to cause a dispute, and certainly did not want to challenge Anthony, who was the finance officer. In the future, however, perhaps Lexus can treat a "tier-2" credit rating with a bit more personalization. It will impact my car decisions going forward. Regards, Jeff Dobrydney 203.451.9639 More

The best experience I had at a dealership!!! I went to Lexus of Westport to purchase a brand new Lexus is350 f sport. Great Experience! I tend to keep my cars for a long time, but was feeling that my '99 Lexus RX 300 needed to be replaced. Finding what I was looking for--a 2010 or 20 I tend to keep my cars for a long time, but was feeling that my '99 Lexus RX 300 needed to be replaced. Finding what I was looking for--a 2010 or 2011 RX 350 took me to investigating (on-line) Lexus dealership inventories on Certified Pre-Owned vehicles from New Jersey to Massachusetts without much success. There were plenty of cars available, but not at a price I was willing to pay. Meeting with Mike Morano led to negotiating a reasonable price on a 2010 well-equiped RX 350. Start to finish, the process was pleasant and I would recommend to anyone who asks that they work with Mike. The process was a pleasure start to finish! Thanks, Mike. More
