I would strongly recommend Joe and the dealership. The sales experience was both professional and fun. The whole process was also much more efficient than previous sales experiences! Joe, Mario and Michael all provided excellent service throughout the leasing and delivery process and made me feel as though I was in good hands. And I love my new car! More

I thought the dashboard lights went out on my car and thought it may be electrical. I called and spoke with Scott and he sent someone to the vehicle and take a look. The nice man spent time figuring it out and explained it was the auto dimming settings that was the issue. It was not electrical at all and he reset everything for me. Scott followed up and I think they were excellent. More

Don't have the 30K service done here - GM is threatening Purchased the vehicle from a family member (RX 450H 2010 with 32K miles) (April 2014). I made an appointment to have it serviced at the Lexus dealersh Purchased the vehicle from a family member (RX 450H 2010 with 32K miles) (April 2014). I made an appointment to have it serviced at the Lexus dealership in Westport CT. This is the closest dealership. A) They never told me the service department is 10 miles away down 95 in Fairfield. B) That a standard 30K service was $800 with tax .. Cough sputter ... smelling salts.... please. Luckily, I looked at what was required. Lots of inspect this and that.. an oil change, tire rotation, change the battery in the key fob (I know was done at 22K and have a spare in attached in the manual at 22k), Filters, A/C tune up, and replace the PCV valve. After kindly telling the nice man that "forgot" to tell me the service department was away from the New Car sales ... The only reason I can think of this is they don't want unhappy and shocked customers mixing with starry eyed new car buyers. I said, "You might have told me it was going to be that much on the phone so I could have brought a different check book". I'm looking at what is required said, "hold on".. I want to call the place that services our other cars in my home town. I spoke quickly with the owner to find out that if they tried hard they could get the service over $300. I asked for my keys to be returned. I wasted a morning but saved myself probably $600! Find a good Toyota or foriegn car repair shop!! The service consultant was beyond nice, accomodating and did what he was suppose to do. However, this is highway robbery!!! I just received a threatening email from the General Manager over my review saying that my warranty wouldn't be honored because I took it elsewhere. I quote, "This will play a factor if you are only concerned with the lowest price service. We have a quality standard to abide by which sets us apart from an independent repair shop. Please keep in mind when having a non authorized Lexus dealer repair your car, you may run into a lack of warranty coverage if they diagnose the car wrong and cause further damage. Your owners manual will state the same 30,000 mile service suggested maintenance straight from Lexus." We all know this isn't true. I am taking it to the same place that has serviced our cars (our other two are an Audi and a Porsche) for 7 years. They are a highly respected servicer in our community and their techicans are trained. I didn't go to the lowest priced place. I drove straight to a place I know and trust. Don't be bullied by JR Buchbinder General Manager!!! I have also down graded my review on friendliness as a result. More

Michael was not your typical salesperson with the xx sales pitch. For whatever reason he was trusting as I came in with a non chalant attitude. He seems very honest and sincere. Meeting Mario the financial guy was icing on the cake. He was thorough and went over my credit report which I have never experience before. Although i had to wait a little it was worth meeting him. I felt blessed to have meet him and pray that I made the right decision in purchasing this car. However, I believe they were honest and i feel comfortable that if i have any problems in the future they will be there to assist me. i have recommend a friend to them and I hope she has the same experience. More
