She was able to get me out of my current lease over 2 years early and into a new , impossibly gorgeous, white CT200h F sport for the same payment I had. She stayed in constant contact with me about current stage of the deal (they had to get the color I wanted straight from Japan). Closing went smoothly and quickly. Michael, the delivery specialist, was extremely knowledgeable and was able to answer all my technology questions about my new vehicle. Overall great experience, this is our 5th car from Lexus of Westport and definitely not the last one. More

Our primary contact was Carolyna and she was a joy to work with, always friendly, patient, and responsive to our many questions. And the car is great! But a problem has just come up. Lexus Financial, out of the blue, has billed us $994 for personal property tax on the 2013 car, which they have forced us to pay. It was our understanding when we turned the 2013 in that you were paying off all expenses on the existing lease and so we are expecting that you will reimburse us the $994. Please respond. More

Amazing car buying experience! From start to finish, our experience was exemplary. We have been so happy with our service experience through Jeff King, we have only serviced our ca From start to finish, our experience was exemplary. We have been so happy with our service experience through Jeff King, we have only serviced our car here, even though we live in Manhattan! Therefore, when it came time to trade it in and purchase a new car, our first choice was New Country, and we were not disappointed. We were handled professionally and courteously through the entire process, and never got the feeling of the "typical" dealership pressure sales. No "manager" had to approve the deal, and everything was out in the open, with no hidden fees or packages we were forced to take. In fact, after doing our research, we were given pricing and value greater than our expectations! This never happens. In addition, since technology is such an important part of the new car experience these days, New Country has a full time representative dedicated to spending as much time as necessary (when picking up the new car) to familiarize us with the car's system. Finally, we signed the remaining paperwork with the business manager, Anthony Ferreri, who could not have been a better public relations image for the dealership. He is personable, knowledgeable, and genuinely interested in our satisfaction. We highly recommend this dealership! More
