I was in the market for a NX350 hybrid luxury. Our salesman Jamie was kind and have no issue with him - although I feel he knew the dirty games the sales manager was playing. Robert the manager tacked on 2,500 to the MSRP because the car was “in demand”. He also quoted me an interest rate of 13% which is absurd. (They were trying to persuade me to finance instead of paying cash for my car. I wonder why lol. Not to mention the ridiculous “hydrogen air” in my tires for 700 bucks and a warranty or the paint protector. I decided to call around and found Hoffman Lexus only 1.5 hours away in E Hartford CT. Not only did they not push “extras” on me, but they sold me my NX Hybrid Luxury at INVOICE saving me over 3k! Yes! Invoice! They’re a high volume dealer and they know how to make cars move off their lot quick! My Lexus came off the truck on Wednesday and I took delivery the next day. Paid cash. I highly recommend Hoffman Lexus and for us Westporters: it’s worth saving 3500 bucks for a 3 hour round trip! More

Dondre Clarke made the financing process and registering my vehicle in a different state smooth and painless despite it taking a lot of extra work behind the scenes. I failed to send over paper work ahead of time but he was patient and understanding, and succeeded in finalizing the process the same day. Carlos gave me an excellent orientation to the car's technology. He made sure I was comfortable with all of the car's interior settings before finally driving off.
