But the truth is, car dealers are among the least trustworthy occupations in the U.S. So I did a lot of homework before I showed up to New Country Lexus Great Neck to prevent getting overcharged. However, what I really experienced is the exact opposite of what I thought it would happen. I know Melissa truly cares about her customers from the first phone call we’ve had and she will do the same to you as well. I am a doctor and an officer in the U.S. Navy, so I have had my fair shares of dealing with all kinds of people from different background. You can tell Melissa is not there to be a “salesperson”, her intention is to help you provide the highest quality of customer service and be the “problem solver” , and I think this is what everyone who is buying a car simply wants. Even after Melissa, the financial manager Joe is extremely welcoming and didn’t push me to get anything I don’t want, everyone treated me like a friend in there and I think you will feel just as comfortable as I am when you arrive at this dealership.
