There were a few things that I did not feel were handled properly. In order for the salesman to take the information over to the manager, I felt pressured that I needed to sign I would accept a deal that I properly. Then signing again that if my credit score was not acceptable that I would still have to take the car at a higher monthly payment or that I may lose my deposit. This is not good business. Upon pick up the car wasn't ready. And when I got home I realized that the car was not registered to the proper address, when I was on the phone with my insurance agency and the salesman I double checked the address, the salesman confirmed my home address. The car was not registered to the correct address, when I addressed this I was told it's not a big deal I could fix it online. The next day a representative from the dealer called me and I expressed this being done improperly, she said she would have someone call me to rectify this situation, but I have not received any call back at all. Admittedly, I am someone who's naturally very wary of salespersons and tend to instinctively have a guard up. However, from the moment I first spoke to Jamall on the phone, he was incredibly helpful and pleasant. I immediately booked an appointment with him to come in that very day. When my parents and I came in for a test drive within the next couple of hours, his assistance only grew more impressive. My dad, who has profound hearing loss and whose first language isn't English, can be quite difficult to communicate with. Despite this, Jamall was incredibly patient and understanding, especially as I juggled answering my parents' questions, some of which were admittedly frustrating at times. Throughout the entire process, Jamall remained incredibly professional, knowledgeable, highly competent, and most importantly, kind. I always felt like we were in good hands, and I appreciated how respectful he was to me and my parents throughout. Jamall's exceptional customer service and dedication made a potentially stressful experience smooth and enjoyable. He even went above and beyond to assist with navigating the complexities of my insurance, ensuring everything was handled seamlessly. Thanks to Jamall and his in-depth knowledge and competency, the time from when I arrived at the dealership to making the decision took less than an hour. I highly recommend Jamall to anyone in need of a car; you can trust that you’ll be well taken care of. However, my overall experience with the dealership was soured by the inefficiency and rudeness of the finance manager. For frame of reference, the total transaction time was 4.5 hours, as I arrived at the dealership around 11:30 am and left with my new car by 4 pm. The longest and most frustrating part was having to wait almost an hour for the finance manager simply to check out, even though I was purchasing the car outright. When the finance manager was finally available, he was rude and surly. I expressed my disappointment in having to wait so long (and him having absolutely no regard for it), and his response was that buying a car isn't quick and that I should have expected to spend at least three hours on the process. I had to point out to him that the delay was solely due to the wait for him, as my decision-making process was very efficient. I found his demeanor to be unprofessional and off-putting. While the finance manager's attitude and inefficiency was unpleasant, I would recommend this dealership nonetheless, solely due to Jamall's exceptional service, who certainly raised the standards. Let me begin by saying that before we met Jamall Thompson, there were two places that I had trouble getting my wife to accompany me. Home Depot and car dealerships. Jamall made us feel extremely comfortable throughout the whole buying experience making sure that he not only made a sale but that we made the right decision for us. We absolutely love our new vehicle and will be coming back to see Jamal for future needs as well. My wife and I also love their coffee station and she had to have a Lexus stuffed puppy along with her enormous red bow. Jamall, once again, thank you for the experience we had and your professionalism was top notch. I feel that we also gained a friend along the way. P.S. George Alexander was also very helpful in making sure that we left the dealership with the necessary protection warranty that will have my wife and I resting comfortably at night. More
