Calvin Zhu Kept Ignoring my refund request! !! A good friend of mine hoops me up with Calvin Zhu. I signed the paper to buy NX 350 Luxury for $57K but I cancel the deal later because I found the !! A good friend of mine hoops me up with Calvin Zhu. I signed the paper to buy NX 350 Luxury for $57K but I cancel the deal later because I found the markup is 2k to 3 k high than another dealer. He agreed to refund the deposit if I found a good deal with another dealer. He ignores my call and text for a week. So I went to the manager to ask for help, and they refunded me right on the spot. Throughout this experience, I have tips for all the buyers. 1. Don't trust a friend's friend !!! 2. Alway do your online search before you buy. 3. Dealer can't hold your deposit if you didn't drive their car home. 4. Keep all documents. 5. If the dealer doesn't help you with a refund. All you need is to ask the management team. You don't need to dispute your credit card because the dispute will cost $35 to the dealership, plus it makes a lot of people work. More
