More specifically I would like to give high praise to my Salesman, ZOHAID AMJAD. Not only he was extremely genuine and a gentleman to boot but also a true professional. His approach is quiet relaxed and there no pressure from him at all. He helped me found me a perfect car and I am so happy that I chose to visit Lexus of Great Neck. Thanks also go out to Business Manager Mr. MOHAMAD for his assistance. Finally, this would not have been the same without the help of MINH for explaining all the details about the car. I can enjoy my car more from details that MINH explained!! They're so professional, kind, knowledgeable and patience. Calvin Zhu Kept Ignoring my refund request! !! A good friend of mine hoops me up with Calvin Zhu. I signed the paper to buy NX 350 Luxury for $57K but I cancel the deal later because I found the !! A good friend of mine hoops me up with Calvin Zhu. I signed the paper to buy NX 350 Luxury for $57K but I cancel the deal later because I found the markup is 2k to 3 k high than another dealer. He agreed to refund the deposit if I found a good deal with another dealer. He ignores my call and text for a week. So I went to the manager to ask for help, and they refunded me right on the spot. Throughout this experience, I have tips for all the buyers. 1. Don't trust a friend's friend !!! 2. Alway do your online search before you buy. 3. Dealer can't hold your deposit if you didn't drive their car home. 4. Keep all documents. 5. If the dealer doesn't help you with a refund. All you need is to ask the management team. You don't need to dispute your credit card because the dispute will cost $35 to the dealership, plus it makes a lot of people work. More

I am a new client to New Country Lexus of Great neck. If I could, I would give Mr. James ‘0’ star. High level management showed no interest of fixing issues, told me to do service at other dealer locatio If I could, I would give Mr. James ‘0’ star. High level management showed no interest of fixing issues, told me to do service at other dealer location. I regretted that I did not read the review before I came to New Country. After I read JK Power’s review dated September 08, 2021, The only way to get resolution is to file auto service complaint to DMV for investigation. Originally, I wanted to have a complimentary alignment inspection that advertised in New Country Website before I ordered an alignment service. Service advisor Mr. James refused to provide complimentary service, he talked me into perform the alignment on my RX330. The day after wheel alignment service, when I turned on the ignition, I was extremely shocked that my car (36375 mile) was making noise, steering wheel was vibrating and loose. After I reported the problem to Mr. James, I examined the surrounding and found steering fluid leaked onto grounds. There were dot size and larger puddle size of fluid marks all over the ground. Without inspection, Mr. James had been sure that the leaks came from rack & pinion, not from tube or pump. Power steering rack & pinion was build strong and last long time, 80k - 100k miles lifespan. A garage owner told me that it is unlikely for Lexus car’s rack & pinion leaks when car only driven 36k+ miles. While Mr. James assured New Country did the road test on my RX330 when performed alignment, the IN (36366) & OUT (36366) mileages recorded on the invoice were exactly the same. The data recoded did not support test drive was done. Car was not washed after the alignment services. Unusual facts included: Coincidentally, my RX330 steering reservoir was suddenly leaked out empty, IN & OUT mileage records did not support Mr. James assurance of road test, routine car wash was skipped, Mr. James was not at desk and had arranged other coworker to take payment from me. Mr. James claimed he did nothing wrong and Management was not helping. I have no choice but follow the procedure to ask DMV to investigate what else were done to my RX330 while It was under go wheel alignment adjustment. New Country Lexus of Great Neck fails to provide vehicle owner a LEXUS standard service. New Country’s act of putting the complimentary service coupons on the website, then refused to provide the advertised services even you brought in the coupon, constituted FALSE ADVERTISING. More
