I have maintenance service request B1 and have an appointment for that. When I arrived technician told me I have to change all filter and cost $470+ and I’m wondering it’s can be negotiated to $440. appointment for that. After I searched in manual book and told him to do oly oil chayand tire rotate because B1 service is just oil change and tire rotation and inspection somethings. It was not requested to change any filter. Why your technician told me like that? Is that how to make money or get more commission? Please investigate because I’m very disappointed for this situations. More

The service department needs to be more engaging and customer service oriented. It felt very dry and forced when I was greeted.
