I was shocked at how good the service was at Century Honda only because I’ve had such awful experiences at Culver City Honda where everyone is nice but has no clue how to do their jobs. Haybert, the service rep who helped me at Century in Glendale, was really nice but followed through with actual good service. The trailer hitch parts I ordered arrived a day later, the next day I took my car in, and I got a call only 2 hours later saying it was ready to be picked up. Haybert and crew were also shockingly knowledgeable about a kind of technical issue with installing a trailer hitch in a car with a handsfree tailgate option. They knew exactly what I was talking about at. Please someone go train them at Culver City. Thanks Century service department! More
