I really appreciated that one of the mechanics approached me to ask the nature of my visit and said he would have someone help me right away. David in the service dept. welcomed me with a genuine interest in me to ask the nature of my visit and said he would have someone help me right away. Waiting room for customers is very cold, and after I bern asked they made excuse that there is no keys for locked ac! Very uncomfortable! Chris and the service team at New Century Honda were great to work with. Chris helped me with my emissions recall issue and also provided a multipoint inspection to help make sure there were no issues w great to work with.
