The guy who first came out was not great at all. I asked strongly for Louis because he always knows what I need and thank god he was there. This is my 2nd time with New Century Honda . The first time was an oil change and this time is a recall fix. Both visits were very pleasant. The employees are welcoming, very friendly , helpful .
