My wheel bearings were replaced and one was installed incorrectly. My car was also not ready same-day as quoted and I was not proactively contacted to be informed of the delay. After I paid for service, my car was not brought to me. I had to remind the technicians I was still waiting to get my car after a man who showed up significantly after me got his vehicle. My car broke down the very next day after service on the highway. Luckily I was close to another Honda dealership and was provided a quote to replace the improperly installed wheel bearing. I contacted New Century Honda to inform them of their faulty work. They wanted me to rent a car so they could tow my car back to their dealership and do the repair themselves. This was not an option for me and New Century Honda paid for the duplicate repair. I’ve typically received decent service, nothing exceptional, at this dealership but this was a terrifying and horrendous experience. More
It seamed as if getting me to pay for services versus addressing the main issue was their main goal. Mind you my car is under full warranty but they cared less to address the issue until I insisted. They when I went to pick up the vehicle they told me that the issue was a low battery. That’s interesting because they test your battery when you arrive and mine was fine. More
