Upon receiving a letter regarding the recall and replacement of my car's fuel pump, I was able to take my car in for the part replacement, receive a courtesy shuttle ride to and from my house and pick up my car in approximately two hours. David assisted me and he solved my issue that I was having with my AC. He was really genuine and attentive to my problems, which is why I will always go back to New Century Honda and get my car service having with my AC.
