Awful - what was expected to be a 2 hour appointment was quoted as 5 hours when I got to the dealership. Then, 5 hours later, an additional hour was added. All in, a 6 hour job. My service advisor was excellent. I just didn’t like the fact that it took 3 visits to handle a recall. I was explained that it is a issue with corporate how they like the recalls to be handled but it is a fact that it took 3 visits to handle a recall.
