That said, what I actually paid was significantly lower than what I was quoted. That's always great. The service rep was friendly and thorough when explaining all the work they'd done on my car. Needless to say, I'll be going back next time the car needs work. More

I brought into the vehicle in the ring without an appointment and they accommodated me promptly, I initially rejected for an oil change and multipoint inspection. Upon further inspection the technicians recommended brake replacement as well as some structural repairs on my vehicle. After picking up my vehicle it runs like brand new! I couldn't have asked for a better service. I value the high quality of both technical and customer service by my service advisor Jeff Ascensio as well as assistant manager Rick! Thank you for remembering me and the countless times I have brought my vehicle for service! I truly appreciate all that you do to keep me happy and coming back. More

He informed me of the special they were promoting and I approved the service. I was in and out in probably less than 30 minutes. Great service! More
Wish I Felt Better About Taking My Car Here I've been taking my 2003 Honda Civic Hybrid to this dealership for regular service for almost 10 years. Areas for Improvement: 1. Communicate with I've been taking my 2003 Honda Civic Hybrid to this dealership for regular service for almost 10 years. Areas for Improvement: 1. Communicate with me better after I drop off my car. Let me know when I drop it off how long it will take to diagnose the issue and then call me back within that time frame so I can authorize work in a timely way or make another arrangement. Once work is authorized, tell me when my car will be ready and then call to let me know it is ready within that time frame. 2. Spend a little more time with me on my vehicle history and what needs to happen as part of routine maintenance. I brought my car in in July for a 120,000 mile service and then again in December with less than 5,000 miles more on the car. Both jobs were close to $800. What was done in July for that amount that did not fix whatever needed to be done in December? My own fault for not remembering the July service and asking about it -- but you guys have my records and it would have been cool to have that conversation initiated by you. That said -- George lent me a phone charger when I needed it, which made the longer-than-I-expected wait for the car much better and not a total disaster. I really appreciated that!!! More

Regular here I bought my 2013 Accord at this dealer back in 2013 for my 24th birthday, and was able to get a pretty good discount. And I always come to this dealer to service my car since it's close to my house, and my service advisor, Kristina Haas, is really friendly and informative about what has been done to my car and what should be done next time. 8 YEARS - AND STILL NO SCAM My 2007 Honda CR-V servicing has cost so little over the years ... I have found that many cars are *made* to simply break down over the years -- so you'd have to pay the dealerships to keep them going. This car itself has been a savings ( ! ) and the people at Glendale Diamond Honda .. honest. I would not write this if I was taken in any way; as a little lady I've been taken by other locations one too many times . . enough to make me sick. Finding an honest Service location is like finding a good dentist - rare, and difficult. Over the past 8 yrs I've used them up to this review - this location has hit homers. Discounts are available through emails ( make sure you get on that list ), and never have I arrived to find something "new" that needed to be done. Options have been given to me (like making the air conditioning better or changing the air filter) - and when I said no, they accept and move-on. In fact recently I've been hearing a noise in the car that I knew was different - After sending one of the mechanics around in my car with me, he leaned on not wanting to charge me for a whole check, as the sound was so minute. I was the one to push for the full-monty (which is more expensive) . . And we found a whole slew of things upon that check (apropos for the age of the car). I used my discount - and my car is purring like I haven't heard in months. The waiting room is small - with a TV, heating, air-conditioning, outlets - so the typical service station holding room . . They will pay for a FREE RENTAL if your fix ends-up being really expensive (air compressor change etc). Verbose - but for those who'd like to know the nitty gritty on why I give this place an A+.. thar she blows.. More

Dropped off the car and FOUR HOURS LATER, returned to discover not only that the wiper wasn't fixed, but got an oil change I did not ask for. Spoke to Matt who was kind enough to refund the money and promised I'd get a call as soon as the part came in a week later. That was November 24th. It is now 2 weeks later and no call. More

Lazy to Handle Recalls If they don't stand to make $ then they will make up every excuse under the sun and send you away. The first time was legit since I had an appointment afterwards and didn't want to risk being late. Afterwards it was just their laziness. On the 3rd try I arrived with 2 hours to spare as suggested and they said the office they need to report to for the recall was closed. Then next time they said (once again) they didn't have enough time, but there was no one in line when I arrived and I was there early enough to give them the supposed 2 hours they needed. I had to get in their face about it to get the recall taken care of and the next guy to come over said its a QUICK job. It took less than an hour! More
