I am so happy with Lousie Whenever I come for the service he really take care of me every time and I am really happy to work with him. My car is 2014 Accord I have Ac problems and starter problem and battery problem but Louis take care of me very good again I am happy with Louis but I am not happy with the car they sold it to me. Reliable I had troubles with my car battery because of the current heat wave SoCal was experiencing. Made an appointment with the service department 6:28/2016. Followup Service and Airbag Recall Kristina and Matt had me bring my CR-V back to double-check the a/c cooling system after replacing the a/c condenser fan motor. Routine and not so routine service I went for my regular oil change and tire rotation, which was handled by Kristina. When I explained I had accidently lost my husband's money clip und I went for my regular oil change and tire rotation, which was handled by Kristina. When I explained I had accidently lost my husband's money clip under the drivers seat, she offered to see if it can be easily found. I couldn't be found that day, but she set up another visit in which the money clip was extracted. The money clip was a 25 year anniversary gift. I am also very happy about the shuttle service, the driver is very polite. More

I was really impressed with his work ethic, and grateful for the wonderful service in diagnosing and fixing my Accord. I also have to give honorable mention to the shuttle driver, David C. During tough rush hour traffic at the end of a long day, he make it happen to come and pick me up in Burbank for a return trip to the dealership to pick up my car.
