Great Customer Service I’m not one to go to “stealerships” due to high prices and labor rates. But my boy Eric at New Centry Honda gave me a price break on my synthetic oil I’m not one to go to “stealerships” due to high prices and labor rates. But my boy Eric at New Centry Honda gave me a price break on my synthetic oil change. Our car is a 2009 Civic Si 4 door. I don’t beat on it, and it has served us well. At 105,500 miles on the clock they recommended new plugs and valve adjustment. But the price was way too expensive for us right now. I told Eric, “Nah, I can do that with some guys and beers.” He laughed. More

Got charged with a service that was done. I went in for an oil change. The guy named Max, he was in the office who did the paperworks, asked me if I want tire rotation as well so i asked him i I went in for an oil change. The guy named Max, he was in the office who did the paperworks, asked me if I want tire rotation as well so i asked him if it is really necessary to do it that day. He said yes because my car is due for it. The guy that did the service on my car told me that he did not rotate my tires because it’s not needed and he told me to make sure that they don’t charge me for it. The guy Max when to the louge and asked me to go to cashier with him for payment. When we got there, I noticed that they are still charging me $20 for the tire rotation. So I informed them that the tire rotation was not done and it is indicated on the paper. Max said they are still charging me $20 because they physically removed the tires and messured them. It didn’t make sense. I told him that he was the one who said that my car is due to tire rotation but even though it was not rotated he is still starging me? He insited so I payed but I was so irritated already. After paying I walked towards my car but decided to go back. I told the cashier that I want to talk to one of the managers. After 5 minutes, the cashier came back and said ALL of the managers are out but she talked to Max about it and Max removed $20 for tire rotation. They gave me back my $20. I felt that it was not right so I really had to speak out for myself. More
