Friendly service that exceeded expectations. I came in for a recall notice for a battery sensor. Needs improvement This dealership is struggling to keep up with the expectations of a discerning customer. New century recently took over an old dealership on brand Blv This dealership is struggling to keep up with the expectations of a discerning customer. New century recently took over an old dealership on brand Blvd. The facilities feel like they haven't made improvements since the 80s. This dealership needs a major renovation. When you pull in to the service center, there is no one to greet you or give you directions. I pulled in and walked into the service check in where all but one of the service advisors were eating or on break. The one person who was working, instructed me to just go back to my car. A few minutes later a service advisor came out and started the service process. He was friendly and courteous. He listened to my concerns and addressed them all. The service was fine, but it took over 1.5 hours for an oil change. This is much too long in my opinion. I would appreciate a more modern space and a greeter to provide a better experience. More
