Simple, clean service experience I came in without an appointment to get a seatbelt replaced since it was giving me an indicator light on my dash. Louis was very friendly and explaine I came in without an appointment to get a seatbelt replaced since it was giving me an indicator light on my dash. Louis was very friendly and explained the process so I'd know what to expect. I chose to leave my car with them while they inspected the problem and ordered the replacement part. They communicated with me over the phone to provide status updates and to tell me my car was ready. When picking up the car, they also walked through other issues they found during their thorough inspection, which I appreciate. The whole experience was very professional. More

Pretty standard service center at New Century Honda Waiting in lime to get your car into the parts department is pretty bad. You have cars blocking streets.
