New Century Honda - Service Center

Simple oil change and filter change not done I had the A12 maintenance pop up on my car which is simple to find out what needs to be replaced (oil, oil filter, cabin filter, etc). I told the serv I had the A12 maintenance pop up on my car which is simple to find out what needs to be replaced (oil, oil filter, cabin filter, etc). I told the service advisor my key fob does not open the car when I put my hand in the door handle either. 4 hours later I get my car back and they say it’s all fixed. Well later that day I try to open my car door through the door handle and it still didn’t open, I start my car and the maintenance reminder for A12 is still showing so I check my oil and it still says 15%... did I just pay $250 for nothing? More
