Service I went in for an oil change and they recommended to have my brake fluid exchanged. I was hesitant so they said they would check the fluid first before I went in for an oil change and they recommended to have my brake fluid exchanged. I was hesitant so they said they would check the fluid first before performing any work. The service advisor calls back and says my brake fluid is a different color than what it should be. So I agreed to have the fluid replaced. However, when I got home I realized the brake fluid was already replaced earlier this year, so my car could not have needed the brake fluid exchanged again. It had only been about 9 months since it was last done. Someone was being dishonest about the service that my car actually needed, so I feel that they took advantage of me and betrayed my trust in them. More
