New brakes I we t there expecting that I needed new brake pads. They confirmed my suspicions pretty quickly and I was given a courtesy ride home. Disappointed Request was not granted after returning a second time. Service provider stated he had check the brakes himself. Apart from my incident, one customer stated they could not find her car for about twenty minutes after vehicle was serviced. This is unacceptable. More
