Max, the service advisor, quoted me 90 minutes since I had no appointment, and found a coupon I showed up, without an appointment, for an oil change. I compare the service of a car repair shop that serviced my 3rd Honda Accord (170,000 miles) while living in the East Coast. I am now driving my 4th Honda Accord and 7th Honda/Acura vehicle, while I still have my first 1996 model. I was very impressed how that shop in the East handled car maintenance and customer relation. Unfortunately, it was NOT a Honda Service Center. New Century Honda can certainly has the potential to reach even 6 Stars if it can perfect one character: ATTENTION TO DETAILS. More
