Very disappointed with service My service was disappointing. I came in for an oil change and the recommended some service. I decline the work since I work at a dealership. I address the window squeaking n my wiper blades to be check. Nothing was done. Just oil change with my coupon. Paper was left inside my car regarding my alignment check sheet. N it recommended but the advisor Louis didn’t mention anything to me. I work for a dealership and helping our customers is our number priority. How is it when I decline the work he didn’t even check the window and my wipers when my car is still under warranty. I feel very disappointed. My work is only two blocks away n if I can drive my car to another Honda. I would definitely go somewhere. It’s just convenient to take it there since it’s the closest to my work. But attending to customers need seems like it’s not a priority for the service Dept. I hope you guys will address it. N make customers happy. Also They need to pay attention n let the customer know if there’s more concern about their vehicle , More

B12 code I’ve taken my Honda Pilot here for a long time because I live in Burbank,, but I am honestly thinking of seeking another location. Bottom line, the l I’ve taken my Honda Pilot here for a long time because I live in Burbank,, but I am honestly thinking of seeking another location. Bottom line, the last couple times I’ve gone in, your people don’t listen to simple instructions and they don’t even check to keep track of services they have already done. Examples: - I had a B12 Code. The tech comes back and tells me his mechanic said it looks like you need your timing done too...which, is concerning because the same shop already did my timing. So does this mean they did a substandard job and couldn’t tell they did it or they they simply don’t read their own records of past services performed? Concerning either way. - I told the tech when I arrived that I have a B12 code and I wanted the windshield wipers changed. I was called to return and pick up my vehicle and just thought I’d follow up and ask if they changed them...they didn’t so I had to wait longer. not only had they not been changed, he acted surprised. - Finally, every time I go I feel something is found above and beyond what the code is. Initially told I’d pay about $300...after departing and actually paying about $600. - Your folks are very polite to include the tech. But if I’m paying money to get my vehicle serviced quite honestly I expect more than kindness. More

Easy, Friendly, Fast Came in for system triggered regular maintenance. It was easy to make an appointment on line. There was no delay when I arrived. My contact person, Ma Came in for system triggered regular maintenance. It was easy to make an appointment on line. There was no delay when I arrived. My contact person, Max, was great - listened and explained well. They texted me when they were done so I could go for a walk and it didn't take long.. Assuming they did what they did everything right (and I have no reason not to, but it's only been a day) I am very happy with New Century Honda. More
I came by without an appointment I came by around 3:15pm without an appointment and as soon as I pulled in, my service advisor Haybert recognized me and came out right away to see me.
