My Service Advisor Haybert went over & above Who knew a pothole could do so much damage--I took my 2018 Honda Accord Touring in to NCH as my auto cruise control, lane departure, & auto stop featu Who knew a pothole could do so much damage--I took my 2018 Honda Accord Touring in to NCH as my auto cruise control, lane departure, & auto stop feature warning light was on. At first NCH thought the radar/camera got misaligned, then techs discovered a broken $170 camera bracket which required ordering a part, so I was told to bring it back the next day. When I brought it back & techs took off my bumper, they discovered the impact, also broke my bumper bracket. which again required ordering of parts. When I picked my car up after 2 days of repair, I was told. the impact had also dented the turbo inner-cooler. The tech said it was fine, it wasn't leaking, however, at that time I decided to get my insurance involved, have a thorough inspection of further damage, and replace the inner-cooler--that way if there was any residual damage discovered, I could reopen my claim. This required me bringing in my car a 3rd time with the USAA inspector present. I finally got the parts, insurance approval, & got my car repaired. Through all my visits, my Service Advisor Haybert, went over & above to help me through this lengthy process. He made sure I had my car in the shop the least amount of time, & was willing to delay payment until my insurance check came through. After a disastrous sales/finance customer service experience with NCH, when I purchased my Honda it was a breath of fresh air, to have Haybert, such an attentive, & courteous service advisor, assist me with this ongoing repair! Excellent Service by Haybert. NCH should give him a promotion & raise as he sets the standard for top-notch customer service! I should know as I manage a team of Premier Account Executives at LADWP.
