New Century Honda - Service Center

The service was okay. The service center there was not anyone to greet you like at other Honda’s. It was busy, but I think that would help the chaos. Chris was great in regards to getting the paper work done and getting us settled for the wait. . The time frame for waiting was good. The average score is more for the service itself. I had my tire light come on when I was way across town. I went to the closest Honda center to where we were , to check the light. The tire pressure was too high. and they had to reset the system. Hopefully next time will be better. More

Great! Max always tries to work within my budget and I was in and out of there pretty quickly. Quick, great oil change! Oil change for Honda Fit. Louis threw in a coupon for tire rotation and did free multi point inspection. All things turned out great! Great customer service I took my car to get servised for the first time. Louis helped me get started, he was very helpful friendly and kept me updated on what my car needed.
