Great place to be ripped off Problem 1: I was told that the diagnostic cost would be applied to the work being done. Instead the "fix" was added into the same job number as the di Problem 1: I was told that the diagnostic cost would be applied to the work being done. Instead the "fix" was added into the same job number as the diagnostic so I was charged for it regardless. I didn't think cleaning out spider webs and spraying a cleaner would be $130 worth of work but OK. Problem 2: I told the rep I didn't want the same work done that any oil changing place does and over charged for, e.g. pouring a bottle of something into the "fuel rail". I was told it was different but looking at the description it's the same thing. $100 for work I told the rep I didn't want if I could do it myself. Problem 3: When I called and spoke to the rep about the discrepancies in the bill, I was initially told the cleaning should be a separate item in the bill to indicate that the cost of the diagnosis was applied to it but by the end of the conversation his response changed to the cleaning/"fix" was supposed to be part of the diagnosis. If your staff are trained to upsell and rip people off of hard earned money then good job. I'm never visiting this dealership again and let likely to visit any Honda dealership if I can help it. More

Friendly but very difficult Was told i would be told the obd2 code of my car and they forgot to do it. Also told me id get a call back more than once and never did. Phones were “broken” so everytim i called to check on my car someone appeared to pick up and hang up. Also need to know that nhsta was notified of the recall repair. Cant get anyone at the shop to do anything they say of answer a phone. Employees were very nice and fake. Would rather have someone be rude and do the job. Thanks More

Rude employees I did service my car here twice because it's close by but both visits were very unpleasant. Service advisors are weird.
