Routine maintenance went well. Service rep was helpful, courteous and informative. Overall it was a good experience but, I was surprised at the cost of the maintenance. Not mom-friendly I came in recently for airbag safety recall service that I was told would not take more than 1hr. Unfortunately, my 8 month old had a bowel movement a I came in recently for airbag safety recall service that I was told would not take more than 1hr. Unfortunately, my 8 month old had a bowel movement and I needed to change her quickly. To my amazement and anger, the women's bathroom did not have a diaper changing station!!! I dont even want to ask about the Men's room. I was forced to change babys diaper in the waiting area, and ignore the nasty, disapproving looks of the other waiting customers! If New Century Honda wants to start fresh and have positive customer service, you should make sure you are sensitive to parents with small children's needs. More than half of customers that come in to buy your cars have their family's well-being in mind and so should you! -Liz A. More
