Lack of communication I was scheduled for a 9:00 am appointment. I showed up 20 minutes before My scheduled time so that I can check in. The person that was supposed to work on my car did not show up until 12:00 pm and my car was not ready for pickup until 4:00 pm. No one ever contacted me letting me know that my technician was going to be late and my services would be delayed. No apology was ever given for the inconvenience. More
