Amazing service by an amazing staff! I transferred over to New Century Honda from another dealer because they weren’t treating me right. The first time I went to New Century Honda, I was greeted by Mr Jime to New Century Honda from another dealer because they weren’t treating me right. The first time I went to New Century Honda, I was greeted by Mr Jimenez with welcoming arms. He was able to explain to me all of the services that were going to be conducted on my vehicle. I was so relieved I wasnt going to get surprised by anything. He laid it out right in front of me and told me exactly what to expect. I was extremely satisfied front start to finish. I would love to keep coming. to this dealership for excellent service and for the wonderful staff. Would definitely recommend this location for the fulfillment of all of your Honda needs! More

Took my civic for maintenance (oil) multiple times and mentioned everytime that the passenger window was not going up and rolled down by its self, they checked it everytime and said they reset it too, now mentioned everytime that the passenger window was not going up and rolled down by its self, they checked it everytime and said they reset it too, now that warranty is up and I mentioned it , (Conviniently now there are no records of that) , LESSON FOR MYSELF TO ALWAYS CHECK RECIPTS AND RECORDS AT END OF SERVICE. very frustrating, will probably be going to another dealership in the future. Found it very interesting that the service personnel knew exactly the problem( even told me that its common). More

Poor Service When I called to make the appointment, I asked how long it would take approximately so I can plan my day. The lady said about an hour to an hour and a When I called to make the appointment, I asked how long it would take approximately so I can plan my day. The lady said about an hour to an hour and a half. I said ok and asked if you do a shuttle service. She said there is a lyft within 5 miles. I said ok. I then called after to reschedule my appointment and that lady said that the lyft depended on my service. Sounded a little different. I showed up to my appt on time. The guy who took my car was good. The guy who was servicing my car came out and asked what I was there for. I told him an oil change. He went in and came back and said it would be $80 for the oil change. I told him I usually only pay $60. He said that the prices went up and also because of tires, brakes, and oil . I told him so it went up by a third? I told him I would go to Costco for my tires. He said he could knock down $10 and still do everything. How is that? So he has freedom to change and charge prices? I said ok and I would pay the $70. I asked if they do a shuttle and he said if the service is more than what I was doing. So essentially, it's based off how much I'm going to pay, not on anything else. Your company is looking at if it makes sense. I said I would wait. I didn't receive my car until 10:30. 2 hours after my appt time. 2 hours. I was upset. I called Costco and am going to take my car there to do the tires. My goal is to not go back to Honda to have poor service, pay outrageous prices, and wait hours for things that could be done quickly. This is why people love their cars BUT not the service and maintenance: because it's so frustrating and arduous going to a place for service. Oscar More
We’ve been going to Honda in Glendale for more than a decade. Even with new ownership our relationship as loyal customers had been respected by the new owners.
