So dissatisfied with the service so definitely not coming back or will not recommend to friends. they always trick me by adding services you didnt know or pay attention to. A guy said we shouldve printed it but its not stated anywhere on the website to print the coupon. He also said we should email to the managers email but we werent told about it as well. Please be clear with your new rules, be lenient with a loyal customer but not anymore as of yesterday. And please fix your customer service thank you! More

I took my vehicle in for a recall repair, and I asked him to check out my air conditioner as well - it wasn’t cold. He called me the next day to let me know that the repair would cost $390 and told me wh to check out my air conditioner as well - it wasn’t cold. He called me the next day to let me know that the repair would cost $390 and told me which part they needed to replace. I told him I would think on it, but still paid the diagnostic fee ($135). After leaving, I bought the part for $8 at AutoZone - it was only a relay switch. I had cold air immediately. In short, I’m happy they were able to replace the recalled part. But I won’t be returning for any service that isn’t free. More

Charging me $270 to mount 2 tires (type r) I brought in is asinine. Thieving tactics. The other dealership did it for $60 bucks. Brought my car in for an oil change and to fix the passenger door seal. They informed me I needed to get a recall repair as well, so that was done .
