I've made a reservation for recall service at 9:00 AM and checked in at 8:45. After two hours of waiting my car was still sitting in the parking lot. I asked Mr. Munoz when it will be done and he couldn't te checked in at 8:45. After two hours of waiting my car was still sitting in the parking lot. I asked Mr. Munoz when it will be done and he couldn't tell me when and told me to leave the car and come back or do not ask. I asked him why I came back for an appointment after rejecting a walk in service two days ago if I have to wait for a half or whole day sitting. For my complaint he slammed the door and stopped talking to me. I took my truck out of the parking lot. I myself is in a service business and I understand many things can happen and I have to deal with many unfair reviews and I do not like to write a review. But I would like to address the problem with the service department that needs to improve the appointment system that prevents customer to wait more than two hours or more to start the service. Mr. Munoz needs to admit to improve the appointment system and apologize for the delay instead of showing me all the files that are in waiting and show his attitude and anger to his customers. At least everyone was busy doing their jobs but the problem seems not go away unless the department does not make a major change in the system and attitude. This is my first review in my 61 years life and it is my birthday today. Thanks to Century Honda for ruining my birthday and I am not returning to you and selling this car for another brand tomorrow More
TERRIBLE SERVICE. They gave me a broken car and don’t even have the courtesy to tell me. My 3 year insurance was tossed out the window when they saw that my motor was broken.
