When I made appointment I told them I want to get an oil change and check my radio because there’s white noise and sometimes music stops. I came in on time 320pm and my appointment is at 330pm. When I told Willie my concern regarding my radio he said he can’t help me because it has to be brought in the morning. Also, my car didn’t finish till 550pm. Willie called me at 5pm and my rear breaks need to fix and he told me it will be done soon. Walking to my house to Honda dealer it’s takes 20-25mins when I got there at 530pm my car still not done. Also, when I ask them to wash my car he said he will try. Waiting almost 3hrs just to get oil change and fix my rear breaks and it’s hard for them to wash my car. That’s disappointing and does it really take that long? More

Chris was great. Very professional and friendly. They fixed the problem. Not too expensive or time consuming even with the whole covid fiasco.
