All the staff that I encountered at New Century Honda showed me an eager to help and kindness. I noted that I was actually an hour early to my appointment. The staff showed no negative emotion and quickl showed me an eager to help and kindness. I noted that I was actually an hour early to my appointment. The staff showed no negative emotion and quickly assisted me. By the time I was done, it was time for my actual appointment. This is my third visit and the customer service gets better each time. Louis Weatherspoon was my Service Advisor and he treated me like we were lifelong friends. Actually, it felt like I was talking to my younger brother; he tells me what I should/shouldn’t do with my car. Louis kept me up-to-date on my car and went through the charges and multi point inspection thoroughly with me. I think going forward I may try to schedule all my appointments with Louis because he talked to me as an equal (like I knew a thing about cars) and he made me feel at ease, especially being in an area where it’s predominantly males. I also would like to acknowledge the porter/greeter. He was very kind and when he saw me walk out of the waiting area to sit outside, he offered snacks and water. You have such great employees working at New Century Honda, please treat/pay them well. More
