I have always requested Kristina as my adviser because I know she gets the job done and will be straight forward with me. Always keeping me up to date on status of my car. This time around I came in because my 2013 CR-V (I am original new owner) was having battery problems. Came in early and in no time car was being taken care off. Short time later Kristina had informed me that it was indeed a battery issue and nothing else was wrong with the car and I was on my way out happy as a clam. Horrible Service I brought my 2015 Honda Accord to Diamond Honda because my vehicle's steering is malfunctioning. My car pulls on the streets and freeways and does no I brought my 2015 Honda Accord to Diamond Honda because my vehicle's steering is malfunctioning. My car pulls on the streets and freeways and does not drive safely. My first visit, a technician drove the vehicle and told me there was nothing wrong with it. My second visit to DH, I drove with the technician and was able to recreate the problem but again was advised that the drifting was normal. They aligned my vehicle and this did not fix the problem. I took my vehicle to the dealer 2 more times and the technician came on a ride with me so I can recreate the problem. The technician, Kevin, was able to see the problem, agree with me in the vehicle and then went back to the dealer and reported that there was nothing wrong with the vehicle. Even after telling my adviser that I do not feel safe driving this vehicle, he did not care and said that the vehicle is fine. This dealer is, by far, the worse dealer I have ever been to. I will never recommend this dealer to any of my friends or family. I will never purchase any vehicles from this dealer nor get my service done here. Be careful of this dealer, they are rude and do not care about their customer's safety. More
