I had 2 problems, though, with this particular recall service that made me give an average to fair rating. 1. I was supposed to get 2 airbags and one windshield wiper motor recalls. One of the airbags (passenger front) had been deployed before I got the car from my son about 10 years ago. Neither the Honda recall or Diamond people determined this before I scheduled the recall. And I had no idea I was supposed to make this known to them as part of the process. I thought it would be taken care of as part of the recall. And in fact this deployed airbag was the main reason I took the time to go in for the recall anyway. So when I got there they started the service and a hour or 2 later they called me and told me that they can't do the one airbag that had been deployed and the estimate will be about $2700 to do it. 2. The other issue was while they were doing the work they gave me a ride to the Glendale Galleria while I was waiting for the service to be done. When I got the above call from my service rep about the one airbag I was told they would have someone pick me up to take me back to the dealership. Turned out to take about an hour and half and finally I gave up and started walking back and was picked up by the van about half way back to the dealership. My rep did stay in touch with me but it was still was incovenient on to fo the fact that the amin thing I did the reacll for could not be done. So all in all that's why the fair or average rating. More
Awful experience I would give them a minus 2 stars if I could. I just purchased an used car from them, and I was ASSURED that everything worked great, they told me tha I would give them a minus 2 stars if I could. I just purchased an used car from them, and I was ASSURED that everything worked great, they told me that they did a throughout inspection and the car was in PERFECT condition, well, I drove the car 2 days and everything started failing, the AC doesn't work anymore, the battery died (after ONLY 2 days) in fact, the mechanic who replaced my battery indicated that the car was running on leftover voltage in the system, I was basically sold a car with no battery. But that's not the worse part of it, I HAVE a 30 days warranty and they are now refusing to pay for my battery (battery that is covered under the warranty!!!) unbelievable!!! they are giving me the run around, the salesman keep passing the buck to the service manager, who passes it to the location manager and so on... on one has the decency (xxxxx) to get back to me. AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE... More
I am so happy with Lousie Whenever I come for the service he really take care of me every time and I am really happy to work with him. My car is 2014 Accord I have Ac problems and starter problem and battery problem but Louis take care of me very good again I am happy with Louis but I am not happy with the car they sold it to me. Reliable I had troubles with my car battery because of the current heat wave SoCal was experiencing. Made an appointment with the service department 6:28/2016. Thank goodness I made an appointment because it was very busy that day. Kristina from services was excellent and knowledgable. I told her my problem and she explained everything to me step by step. She also answered my question about the coolant light on the new Hondas. Got a new battery and my car is running well. Thanks Kristina you were awesome and funny. More
Followup Service and Airbag Recall Kristina and Matt had me bring my CR-V back to double-check the a/c cooling system after replacing the a/c condenser fan motor. Routine and not so routine service I went for my regular oil change and tire rotation, which was handled by Kristina. When I explained I had accidently lost my husband's money clip und I went for my regular oil change and tire rotation, which was handled by Kristina. When I explained I had accidently lost my husband's money clip under the drivers seat, she offered to see if it can be easily found. I couldn't be found that day, but she set up another visit in which the money clip was extracted. The money clip was a 25 year anniversary gift. I am also very happy about the shuttle service, the driver is very polite. More

I just have a question: why does the flat tire symbol always light up after a maintenance service? It happens all the time and the first time, I was concerned.
