Airbag recall Matt Martinez, service manager sent me an email reminding me that I had not been in for service for awhile. I told him that there are other dealerships closer to my home, but I was concerned about the airbag recall that told me that they would let me know when airbags would be available. He told me to bring the car in and Diamond would take care of it. I made an appointment and pulled up to Kristina Haas. She had helped me the first time I went to Diamond! She took ownership of the problem, arranged for a loaner that American Honda promised, called me the next morning to tell me it was all set, and arranged for the return of the loaner (it was after hours on a Saturday). She explained what Honda would pay for as far as fixing my broken visors (not worth it). She is an absolute gem, worth the aggravation of the trip to Glendale! I love the Diamond team. They are worth their weight in Diamonds! More
