We've always had our 2011 Honda Insight serviced at Miller Honda and received wonderful treatment from Oscar. I was sad to hear Miller sold the dealership to Keyes and lost all of our service records during the transaction. However, after researching the local Pasadena Honda dealerships, I saw that Diamond had the best reviews in the area. I'm so pleased to report the positive reviews are accurate. The second I drove into the Service Department, I could tell they were absolutely focused on awesome customer service. I feel I hit the jackpot getting Kristina Haas as my service advisor. She is incredible. My Insight and I are thrilled. More

Great experience I brought my car in to have an airbag component replaced (a recall) and to have the charging system diagnosed. The car was ready in two hours and the bill was much less than I had anticipated. That morning I was fortunate enough to have Kristina as my service advisor. Diamond Honda has a great employee here. Kristina communicates to the customer with timely and detailed updates, strives to seek the lowest priced option, and always gives you information you can trust. It's easy for me to be a repeat customer at Diamond Honda when you have such outstanding employees. More

Horrible customer service I was told the service would be done at 3 p.m. and I would get updates. By 4 p.m, I had never gotten a call or text so I had my wife drop me off at the dealership. When I got there, they were still working on my car. I was not able to get the car out of there until 4:50 p.m. I missed a 5 p.m. appointment and my family had to leave without me. People there do not seem to value people's time. They do not give you updates. They just keep you waiting and wondering what is going on with your car. Very unprofessional. Whether they do something or not to your car, they charge you $120. More

I tried a few things and eventually it did start. I called Diamond Honda, to see if they could check it out and they told me to come right down. Jeff gathered some info from me, arranged for my ride home, and writing 90 minutes I got a call that my car was ready. New battery, under warranty. I appreciate the quick and friendly service, complimentary shuttle to, and from my house, and good coffee in customer lounge. Thank you. More
