Louis Weatgerspoon was more than happy to help me with the details of the service and recommended the tires to be rotated since It was time and it would help the tire pressure issue.. He was nice, helpful, polite, and very patient - each and every time I've come in to get an issue resolved with my car it's been a pleasure to have Louis as my service advisor. It's always nice to go in to Diamond Honda and get the excellent service provided by your service department and of course the excellent service provided by Louis Weatherspoon. Even though it was almost the time to leave for most of the service personnel; Kristina was kind enough to accomodate this one last request seeing the urgency and it was soooooooo helpful for me.
