We used them more for convenience at first, but we felt well taken care of, and we've had very few problems with our car, so we keep coming back. We noticed it has changed hands (again), we wanted to say the service hasn't seemed to have changed. This last recommended service was typical of our experience. Louis Weatherspoon, took good care of us this time--quick, pleasant and professional, and he keep us up to date with any changes and what the cost would be. Very reassuring professionalism, and we've found that to be true no matter who has helped us. It was also nice to meet the new service manager, Mike Sanders. He'd be great in sales as well. We will return as long as we get good service, and our car continues to run well. More
