Oil Change + Maintenance We generally don't go to dealerships for oil changes, but received an email from Honda for 39.95 so decided to take our car there. Everything was fine We generally don't go to dealerships for oil changes, but received an email from Honda for 39.95 so decided to take our car there. Everything was fine until I was notified that my car was ready. When I got in to drive the car away, I noticed my key was snapped in half. The only part that was still in the ignition was the metal key - the rest of the half of the key was dangling by a thread. There was a tiny crack in it before, but to break it in half like that would've taken considerable force. An employee named Hybert was nice enough to replace the key, free of charge, so that was really considerate of him. My biggest frustration was that no one said anything. They were going to send me on my way without telling me, "Hey, sorry, we snapped your key in half." That was a big bummer. If Hybert wasn't willing/able to fix the issue, I would've given this a 1 star review. More

Friendly and helpful Quick and friendly service. Very straight forward and offered specials. Oil change was done in a quick efficient manner. Only one minor detail. A Quick and friendly service. After the car was handed to me, I had to reset my on board display and service "minders". It may have been caused by the battery testv whick is ok. I wish they offered a standard car wash. More

Horrible service m original owner of 2007 honda hybrid. I love honda and my car Chelsea has been so great to me. However the check engine light has been on for a while m original owner of 2007 honda hybrid. I love honda and my car Chelsea has been so great to me. However the check engine light has been on for a while with no luck to get it to turn off. I recently got a recall letter saying that there was a part of my catalytic converter that would cause check engine light to come on and to bring my Honda into a local dealer. So I scheduled with new century Honda here in Los Angeles an appointment. I was told they will plug in my car and see if the fault has anything to do With the Catalytic converter. If it did they would do further investigation, if it was not related then diagnostic would be extra and that would be up to me. Well we brought it in to plug in and see what the code was. They told it would take 3 hrs. I thought that was a little off just to plug in and get code. Well 5 hours later they came out and said it was not related to recall. I went to get into vehicle and now it would not start. They told me it was my problem and they cannot help me they dont know what condition my car was in when I brought it in. I told them I have had no problems starting car. I was treated very rude no respect Ike I was trying to get something for free. I explained I would like my car returned to me in the same condition I dropped it off. I took it back and said they might have to take it overnight so I stayed at about nine hours invested into the day. They had it started but now the battery light and IMA light was on. I told him that none of these lights were on before, but they didn’t not want to help me any further. They told me all they did was disconnect my battery and all the lights came on. Well sitting in my car in the parking lot I started looking it up on the Internet. I guess is a very common problem in Honda hybrid. I’m surprised your mechanics didn’t know that once they disconnect the battery the car alarm system and Battery start throwing faults. So when I got the car with battery red light on after they messed up my car and the Honda Mechanick told me you ll be fine for now and can drive , I was driving home and my car broke down and stopped in the middle of street and now didn’t start again and I had to leave the car on street and now have no car and stuck. Mannager and the employee the employee was not helpful at all. I’m hearing now because Honda has always been great to me but I think you should know what kind of customer service this branch is offering to your customers. New century Does not deserve to have your Honda emblem on their dealership. Very saddened customer not sure about staying with Honda now. More
