Improved but Still Room The representatives are friendly and courteous. The mechanics have been very good! I have 3 suggestions: 1. There needs to be more obvious signage directing customers to the service drive from Brand Avenue. 2. It would help to have someone who greets each customer immediately upon their arrival, who takes the pertinate information re: the reason for their visit - a greeter. 3. The waiting room is much too cold! 71 degrees is too low for comfort - 73 or 74 is better for idle people waiting for completion of service. More

Just ok I went in for a Honda recall. As far as I know they fixed the issue so that’s great. However I had an issue with my hubcap falling off on the way in a I went in for a Honda recall. However I had an issue with my hubcap falling off on the way in and asked if while they were working on the car they could put it back on as well. I was also told in 3 hours I’d receive a call for the status on my car. 5 hours later I call them and am told oh yea it’s been done- no update was given to me. Then immediately after I called I receive a call that my car is ready almost to cover themselves. I get there and ask about the tire to which I’m told oh yea your hub cap is totally busted you need a new one. I ask, so you tried to put it on and it wouldn’t budge? And the sales person says yes it’s $25 for a new one so do you want a new one? I tell you what drove home got some gloves on myself and my hub cap has been sitting pretty on the wheel for the past 3 weeks.. they didn’t even try. Disappointing I’ll have to visit a different Honda dealership in the future because I don’t trust them now More
