Above and beyond service I am very pleased with my experience at New Century Honda, making an appointment was easy and they got me booked for the next day. I was told my service should take about an hour to an hour 15, which wasn’t working great for me because of my office schedule but I said ok, it needed to be taken care of anyway. My Service Advisor, Max, went above and beyond to make it happen way quicker than that (with the help of the technicians I suppose, thanks to them as well!), and half an hour later I was out with my car all taken care of! I was thrilled and very grateful. And the waiting lounge is great too, with so many different types of hot coffee. I would totally recommend going there, I know I’ll go back if I need anything. More

For my first sale Tim sold me a great car at a great deal - and for my second car purchase Tim didn’t have what I was looking for but went out of his way to locate and transfer it. Great Experience I dreaded having to go to the dealer originally. I’m not much of a car person so I was worried about having to try and explain the issue and what I wo I dreaded having to go to the dealer originally. I’m not much of a car person so I was worried about having to try and explain the issue and what I would have to do. I was immediately greeted and assisted by Honda service men. I had parked my car far away and it was having trouble turning on so someone had walked with me to see if he could help turn it on. He then guided me to the service entrance and someone greeted me at my car. It was my first time there so I was nervous but everyone was kind and very helpful. I got a call a few hours later and was able to pick up my car, which was fixed and worked perfectly thereafter. Thanks, New Century Honda!! More
