However, when I finally decided to purchase the car and went to the finance manager with the last name of Mohammed, that was a different story. At first, he seemed extremely friendly, but when we came into his office to finish the paperwork, he was very rude and it made it seem like he just wanted to get rid of us by rushing everything. I didn’t appreciate it at all, but at this point I couldn’t back out of the deal because I had spent a total of 4 hours already at the dealership. Although the experience with Sabrina was great, I brought it down to 4 stars because of the “Financial Manager.” Maybe offer some customer service classes for him. More
